Today’s touched me. It comes just after Vince Viverito did a Theological Seminar Tuesday night called Teach Us to Pray.

I’m one of those who pray all the time…when I ask the Lord to watch over family traveling cross country these past two days, for family and friends who are sick, for trivial things like a close parking spot at the Jewel… ? I worry He might think I’m bombarding Him with requests, but I know better than that.

Prayer comes to mind all the time. I’m thankful I feel the strength of the Lord with me always.

Vince ended his talk asking if we ever thank Him when we pray for help. That’s definitely a part of my prayer time. God is good! We are loved.

Thanks again for your reflection. My mom is gone six years now, and I miss her every day. I know your pain. They’re in a better place. ?
